sure, and hgow about adding ACE (Copper) AZE (zinc) AStE (steel) and ARE (Rhodium) too? lol

I think 3 types is sufficient...you can invest in other ways too

Palladium would be the "natural" next step in the Eagle line-up. I for one wouldn't mind seeing some, especially while Pd is "relatively" cheap yet. Which old design should they rehash for this one? How about the Standing Liberty Quarter obverse?

Ah a Rhodium coin. Priced out of my budget, what's that at $6000.00 or so an ounce? :D

Pure rhodium would be too brittle to mint into a coin. Maybe a platinum/rhodium alloy coin would work...

Hmm... well if you wanted to bring out an old design, I'd vote for the design that was on the 1915 $50 gold piece commemorative. Besides, wasn't "Pallas" another name for Athena? Seems then a depiction of her would be very appropriate on a palladium coin, lol...

No I don't like the idea. Palladium is a truly rare precious metal with a lot of industrial demand. Annual world production of palladium is only 8 million oz per year, wich probably isn't enough to meet the demand as it is. We don't need a bunch of collectors taking a big bite out of that as well.

The H.R.P.P. did issue a palladium $100 piece back in 1989.
