    I picked up this pair of Liberian coins this week.

    I found a 1960 Liberian 25 cent piece in with some junk today. Would have been nice to find these!
    As an aside, my sister worked at an NGO in Liberia a few years ago. Pretty dismal, even by Sub-Saharan African standards.

    Those are some nice colorful coins sir.

    Fancy way of writing a "1". :) These days (roughly since 1980) Liberia is a hyper-prolific issuer of NCLT. But the coins shown here were probably used as coins ...
