Packing fee from PCGS?

Recently received an order back from PCGS, and they added a $2 “packing fee”. This was in addition to grading, shipping and handling fees. I can’t recall seeing this fee on previous invoices. The coin was in a regular PCGS plastic box, which itself was in a snug-fitting cardboard box. I’ve received coins from PCGS in the past packaged this way without any additional fee. Can’t find any mention of packing fees on the submission form or pcgs.com. Anyone know what’s going on?

They have a $2 packing fee if you use your own shipping account.

    https://www.pcgs.com/servicesandfees

    • A $10 handling fee is required for each submission.
    • There is a $2 shipping fee (per order) when using your own shipping account.
    • On-Site Grading – All orders submitted for on-site grading that are not picked up by the end of show (normal PCGS show hours) will be taken back to PCGS headquarters and shipped directly to you. An additional fee of $2 (per order) will be charged on top of the standard shipping and handling fees, which are based upon the number of coins and total declared value.
    • Turnaround times for services can be found at PCGS.com/Services. Turnaround times are estimated in business days and are not guaranteed.
    • Oversized Holder – Coins that require the use of an oversized holder will be charged an oversized holder fee of $20 per coin.

If you didnt use your own shipping account someone messed it up and youll have to call them. I just got one back 3 weeks ago and no such fee was on it

Current turn around (estimated) for economy = 3 months+. With show dates and holidays closer to 4 months. Yeash!
My JAN 4th submission is still in "grading".

My first thought would have been to call them for an answer, but maybe that's just me.
