I keep coming back with an O-114, but not 100% sure.

 

How much would this value at? It's VF/XF

Well it looks harshly cleaned and in my opinion I would put the price between $80 to $100. My opinion only.

 

I'm with mark on the o-114 is tough to tell from the pics but the date looks right I can tell if the arrows are touching on the reverse (O 113) but I don't think so so I'm going with the 114 too

 

Yeah no. It doesn't have any clean marks.
