I am always looking for overstruck tetartera and besides Alexius I, I have never found one. The coins simply stayed in circulation or were melted down.

This little coin gave me some hope of finding one but my eyes are now telling me its an error the reverse was stuck on both sides. Do you agree ? Opinions appreciated. f3.jpg
    It is a Manuel 1/2 tetarteron SBCV-1978

I'd say it is a flipover double strike.
