I'm wondering how oversized errors (broadstruck, offcenter) make their way into circulation. I've never found one and don't expect to since they wouldn't fit in a roll. I can imagine them found in bags from the mint but I see alot of Lincolns for sale and no bags of lincolns available at the mint. What's up with this?
I've been wondering the exact same thing, especially the 'stuck on scrap' errata veriety. BUT my fellow worker got a dime without reeding a while back, and we didn't notice a bulge in the roll.
