Coin has been weighed several different sources and weighs 22.91 grams.
May be silver, no two color and has a bright finish. Wings and tail feathers
are extremely well delineated. IGWT appears somewhat thickened.

It's not heavy enough to be silver. I would suspect it's been plated.

#1 - It is an Ike dollar.
#2 - The weight for a clad Ike is 22.68 grams
#3 - The extra weight is probably plating.

What is the tolerance for a clad?

    SOOOO SORRY!!!
It is an IKE, not Kennedy. I listed it correctly on the pics.

Silver issue is 24.59 g. clad is 22.68g on the Ike.
In case you did not see my blunder, the pics are correct, it is an IKE and NOT a Kennedy.

Thanks, but the question remains about tolerance. You know, +/- x.xxg. Some who has that info will come along eventually.
