I believe this may be a jewelry piece, but what coin is it a replica of?

I see the date "1223" (1808). But I'd say, it's not a coin but souvenir for a tourists.

The "coin" might be part of a "belly dancer" costume.

Belly dancer costume coins are thin and holed so that many can be worn.

Well, I'd rather have a belly dancers coin that she wore during her performances than a penny that was in a beggars shoe.
