Sorry, but I do not know enough about jewelry to to have a clue about this seller. Also, how do you get "Fake feedback"?

My english is not very good but I'll try to explain...

check the feedback... 1st 28 ones = cheap items without shipping; so he got a feedback quick; always as buyer.

next feedbacks (as seller) all of them from users with little feedback (created by himself). And check this: auction ended October 1st.; seller feedback received October 2nd. and he is located in China.

This is a common technique used by "narued" users.

First, this is not a jewelry forum and, second, we are not eBay police. His feedback may well have occurred as you say, but it still took 30+ sellers (including power sellers) to get those numbers. It may be on the shady side, but it is not illegal, let alone, against eBay's rules.

Check out this auction of his:

Is it a diamond or isn't it? :kewl: Read veddy carefully. ;)

I do believe that qualifies as violating Ebay's Rules and that's just one of his auctions. And while this isn't the Jewelry Forum, fraud is fraud so maybe next week he'll be selling counterfeit DBD's? ;)

    Ribbit :)

Shopping on e-bay always comes at a risk. If you haven't already, report the seller to e-bay and give negative feedback. There isn't a whole lot more you can do, unfortunately. Sorry about your less than life-affirming experience.
