That's it. I'm starting a sticker service called OMG. I will only sticker previously stickered slabs from any stickering company and my sticker will cover the entire slab.

The first I heard of them was an email from ANACS stating they joined in a joint partnership regarding double mint sets.

They appear to be a brand new service with this being a coming out party. Their website says they came up with the idea in 2014 and took 2 years to implement it.

I was not aware about it either. I have not kept up on the latest releases.

Leo Frese had been working with ANACS on a way of certifying complete double mint sets. They had a few slabbed at the Central States show and they were nice. The slab holding the coins was roughly the size of the original set. All coins were graded individually, and then the set was graded as a whole, presumably using some sort of weighted average. The original packaging was then sealed in plastic with a serial number matching that of the coin holders.

The OSV sticker was added by Leo for sets that were determined to be original. The look of the coins is predictable enough (apparently) that this is possible, and there are enough put-together sets that this is necessary.
