Obv. 50 years of service. Rev, A wreath around the sides with the words “FRIEND OF THE BOY” inside the wreath. Dated 1919-1969 so now that organization was founded 103 years ago and this token is 53 years old. I’ve never heard of them until I bough this a few years ago and just found it.
