Thats a really nice Indian for that Date. Full Liberty and nice details. Theres a little nick in it, but its not distracting. If I had to suggest a price to pay, Id say up to $60. Anything higher than that, it would have to have all 4 diamonds for me to buy it. But, an 1859 in that shape is a very nice coin and proves hard to find at a bargain.

alright well I bought it for $40 via buy it now on ebay.

The seller has a return policy of 3 days after receipt, so if it is decided that the purchase was a bad option I'll return it.

So please keep giving me opinions on it!

Nice. $40 is a very good price for it. Ill give you $40.01 you can make a profit. Now you said that your collection bounces all over the place as far as grades, right??? If ever you decide that you would like to upgrade some of your coins so that the avg grades are alittle closer to each other, I can help you out with that. When I was working on my Indians, I tried to get all full liberty coins, and if I saw one that I already had, only in better shape and for cheap money, I would buy that too. So I have a fair share of extras that all average around XF.

I think you did well for $40. It looks nice from the images for an 1859.
