    It has a mint-mark and therefore isn't a proof, branch mint or otherwise.

    The images/lighting of the coin don't allow a good look at it for purposes of providing a meaningful grade assessment.

    i didnt know that cody posted this coin but i do know grades change all the time whats the matter GD never heard of resubmissions :D ? upgrades, downgrades, undergrades over grades if TPG's can do it so can we. Looks like GD is forgetting his coins 101 (no coin will have the same grade all the time) :D :D
