Opinion of Pacific World Coins?

They are advertising a coin that interests me, but I've never encountered them before? Has anyone bought from them, and how did it go? They offer a small discount for check payment, but I'm hesitant without know something about them.

I did find out that the owner, Martin Weiss, is a member of PNG. That's a very good sign.
