    Since I have stopped selling Lincoln Wheat Cents online and have focused on collecting as many pre-1940 Gem BU as are affordable , I have noticed some rather high prices being paid for common date/grade cents. It seems as though there is a paranoia that the Lincoln Wheat Cents are disappearing.
