One that ALMOST got Away

A few weeks ago I sold this RADAR note on eBay for ONLY $1.99! Luckily for me the seller didn't pay. I have no idea why as this was a steal of a price. Perhaps they felt bad about the sale price being so low???

Anyway, suffice it to say I plan on keeping it now. Shortly after the sale fell through I ended up buying this currency album. So it was nice to still have the note to display in the album.

Well, I'd put it in my collection of "Almost" notes, of which I have several.
