The above web sites are fine for reference purposes but do not explain why the OP's coin is an obvious fake.

The Chinese inscription on the OP's coin identifies it as being minted in Yunnan Province in 1910 while the reverse side states in English that it was produced in Shen-Se Province. The denomination is also incorrect.

Also, the above web sites do not discuss the 1910 Yunnan Spring Dollar upon which the OP's coin is based.

For those interested in this mysterious and very rare Chinese coin, please see my article on the "1910 Yunnan Spring Dollar".

Am I the Op? You can just call me Kansas if so. So it is fake, why would anyone fake it? Is it illegal to own? What do I do with it now?
