one dollar error help..

I have a 2006 one dollar bill that is offset not to extreme, figured I would ask to see if anyone could tell me if there is any value to it. I like collecting currency and coins, but I really do not know a whole lot about them.. I am new to this stuff. Thanks for the help I appreciate it.

The picture is small and from what I see It's a little off center. The BEP might say this is OK to send to,I think the bank is Dallas.It's only my opinion.

Unless you see any part of a neighboring bill, it will actually drop in value.
