    A birthday note uses all 8 digits. Just a year doesn't mean anything.

    I disagree, Technically speaking yes, but if your birthday was 5/8/1987 I am sure you would pay a small premium for this. If you ever find a note that is 19658170 I'd be interested! :) I maintain a list of about 400 b-day notes wanted by members of a different forum. They are extremely hard to find so something this close would be of interest. I checked and the closest on the list was 5/1/1987.

    Hey USS656, I have just under 1000 True Birthday Notes in my collection and around 6000 Birthday Notes from other countries, is this list public? If so, statistically speaking, I have at least couple dozen of matches :)
