I see under some Roman coins it says commemorative this doesn't mean it's a remake of an old coin does it it's a commemorative contemporary with ancient Rome?

The most well known ancient Roman commemorative coins, as far as I know, are the coins that were minted to commemorate the 1100th anniversary of the legendary founding of the city of Rome in 753 BC. I'm not very knowledgeable about these coins. As far as I know, these coins were minted, starting in 330 AD by Constantine I The Great, through 354 AD or so.
I found this thread, which seems to have some good information, about these coins.

I think that, there is a good chance, that there are other CoinTalkers, who know a lot more about these coins, than I do.
I wonder, if these were the first ever commemorative coins, in the history of the world. Perhaps, it depends, on how one defines "commemorative".

1.jpg 2.png I just wanted to make sure that these coins were contemporary with the Roman Empire not something re-struck or made in more recent times to commemorate Rome or some-other historical event. The ones I was looking at are the Constantine Romulus and Remus coins. They seem to be priced all over the place. But I see very nice examples go for around 35 dollars.

Yes those types are genuine contemporary Roman coins, struck under Constantine I on the occasion of the dedication of his new capital city of Constantinople. (In order to avoid hard feelings, a type was struck for Rome as well.)
I don't have the Constantinopolis type but I do have one of the "VRBS ROMA" types:
