    In my professional teenage opinion, the reverse is significantly worse than the obverse, however that may be just the lack of quality photo.

    I Agree with this coin not upgrading. The TPGSs are tougher on the early 80s S mint Morgans than others as the quality was superior , and this one looks to be maxed out already.

    There are already [about] 10 billion of this date & MM graded, the only way that it would pay would be for a 2 grade bump.

    Maxed out at 65, maybe, definitely NOT a bump down. I have 65+ with more visible marks. I agree not that special for the year and mint.
