Old Christmas stocking

    Found this in the bottom of an old family Christmas stocking. 1897 P Morgan. Cool. Never know what Santa will bring

    Stocking had been boxed up for decades from the 50s. Brings back good memories.

    That is very cool! I have always put "funny money" in my kids and grandkids stockings..... Halves, golden dollars, maybe sprinkle in a few buffalo nickels and such. I check the stockings each year when I bring them down from the attic to see if any was left. Those kids have never left one.
