Hey guy's..one last note for tonight...the "Old Back" $20 Series 1934 C. Nice note in Gem that I wanted to share with you all... DeOrc and Daggerjohn..I am trying to catch up to you guy's!! Regards, RickieB
That's a beauty RickieB. Kinda curious though - got anything in 1950E series. A lot tougher than people realize.
Howdy Clembo...Nope do not have that 1950 E yet...it is difficult to find in CHCu and above. The Star is even more difficult! Thanks for taking a looksie... RickieB
I really think you MUST be running a fever either that or just insanely modest to be honest. It will be quite some time i think until i can continue my buying on any large scale My wife got laid off today, and then was told she could stay as they laid off another girl and was forced to take a 5% pay cut. She has a job at least until febuary - unless things change. Michigan is NOT a safe place to be working right now. So, with that looming over our heads, and efforts to have some kind of christmas .. well, coins and currency are not possible ATM but RickieB and De Orc ... i hereby put you both on notice i will be back :Thumb: ... someday
Daggarjon, I know this was not addressed to me but man do I feel for you. My wife just got back to work after 8 months. I don't know what your wife does but tell her to start looking NOW! I wish you the best of luck. clembo
Are the series 1950E worht much in circulated condition??? My uncle has a huge stack of bills that hes pulled out of circulation through the years. I was looking through them and he has alot of $50 bills that are series 1950E.
My wife works in the building industry! and yes, she has been looking for quite some time now. unfortunately, you just cant get a job in her line of work that would be safe for very long. Even Michigans largest builder is having serious financial issues. Glad to here your misses is back on her feet! Always good to hear the good news. We will make it ourselves... we just have to weather the storm.
DJP7x0s .. my Standard Catelog of World Paper Money shows the values as such for the 1950WE $50 notes Blocks B,G and L Fine: 175.00 XF: 375.00 CU:250.00 ( one of the last 2 have got to be a typo, but not on my part!) I would prefer my Friedberg book, but its at the office... hope this helps give u a ballpark value!
