I went to my dealer to get a roll of Oklahoma State Quarters and was told that the coin's release has been delayed due to the recent storms there. I haven't read anything about this in the papers and the US Mint's website doesn't mention a delay for release of these coins. Is there any truth to this?

I'm a retail manager and a change order I did last week was all new Denver Oklahoma quarters.

They've been out for almost a month. Have already starting seeing them in circulation. Go to a bank and should be able to get a roll for face value.

There was no delay. Dealer was not correct. He was probably thinking of the storms at the Fulfillment Center in Memphis TN.

The dealer is probably talking about the delays in shipping Mint rolls of the quarters because of the tornado that hit the Mints distribution center in TN.
