i have been searching through thousands of 1969-S rolls. I have found a major amount of strike doubling but no ddo's. Thats not the issue, thats the begining of my problem, I find lots of red bu coins, the surfaces look like this... now to the problem, i also found two coins with very different obverses. they have what i want to call frost. like on a proof cameo. the reverse's are red bu normal plain jain reverse's. but the obverse is very different. i think it may be a fresh die or just something very normal but i havent come up with anything that answers it fully. any help is awesome... heres the obverse.. now for the reverse... like i said the reverse is different than the obverse. thanks in advance for any help...
