It straight-graded! I'm on cloud 9 here! Grades just released today while I was finishing up a basement job, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to look right away so I waited until after I got home. The wife promptly told me to just look already, and holy heck!

I don't know if I'll ever top this find, but I'm going to keep trying. Maybe I can find a '93-S in a coinstar next? Anyways, here's the pics I've got for now. I'll get some in-hand pics once the package arrives.

Congratulations but I doubt you’ll find a 1893-S in a coinstar. Please try though. If you don’t it’s an automatic no. It’s the only one I need to have them all.

Nice coin error! ;) I looked on Mad Die Clashes and couldn't find it. Do you have a link?

Very cool! Did PCGS put a value on it?

Not that I'm seeing, no. From what I'm being told by Gemini, this is one of 4 straight-graded specimens by PCGS. Not exactly sure how it's getting those numbers, but that's nuts if it's accurate.

Yeah, it's Google's AI. I'll try to see what's out there for a ballpark value. Kinda hard with a one-year type coin with a very low population.

In collar is the rare occurrence here, I think. I will wait for others opinions. The one in collar Lincoln that Heritage sold went for 399.50. it was a 1945 MS63BN.
