I worked in a factory years ago where we would quickly inventory large amounts of the same item by weighing them, subtracting the tare weight, then dividing the remainder by the single item weight. You should be able to do the same with your quarters...with the right scale.

 

It rather depends on how many are NOT quarters but my guess is $225.00

It sounds like the good ones are in Las Vegas. I've never played one, but it's on my bucket list! For the longest time I thought THIS was a "Coin Pusher"...
