Anyone collect paper money also? I have a little collection, nothing old at all all of it is the new stuff like 20's and new 50's
small bills I pick up old small bills now and then, 1 & 5 dollar silver certificates, I have saved them for quite awhile. I also enjoy 2 dollar bills for some odd reason.I haven't ventured into the large notes yet, they really have jumped up in price but sure are neat lookin. That will be my next step, when I start collecting social security.Eh
I pick up paper money when something strikes my fancy, such as an Educational Note or a Bison Note or something really colorful... but, other than that, I collect coins almost exclusively.
I collect Civil War era notes from my hometown and nearby areas, as well as a bit of fractional currency.
