The last one is double struck.
What is the normal price that coins like this bring now a days?

To be honest I don't keep up with error values - but you can check for yourself - HERE

I've seen lots like this on ebay for $5 or less. Fun errors though ;)

I'd say about $5 each in BU condition. Somewhat more for the double-strike. By the way, there is no term "offstruck" or "off struck". The correct term is "off-center strike".

    Thanks for the clarification.
I have not done anything with my coins for around 12 years or so.

The value is going to be determined by a number of factors...

    1. How off-center the strike is.
    2. Whether or not the date/mint mark show
    3. The rarity of the coin.

As GDJMSP, probably the best resource for determining the values is checking them out on eBay as I also am not up to date.
