    Condition in most cases is everything! and the condition that note has alot to be desired

    My evaluation is a combination of both TheNoost and mpcusa......not bad enough centering and poor condition limits this note's potential. More of a conversation piece which could be handled and showed to friends without the fear of ruining the value.
