A 1989-P Dime that’s raw and struck about 60% off center. I like the shape of the Dime and the strike because where the planchet was struck it’s lopsided. Just me and just neat.
Bought mine fairly cheap. Salesman had a bunch of these all 1996. He told me he knew someone that worked at the mint. Most likely a 1996 P. But who knows.
