Off centered die on 2002 d quarter. What’s the term?

    Thank you. Researching Little by little but it’s confusing when it comes to certain things. Like I wasn’t sure if it could’ve been something else since it seems it struck 2 rims but I assumed it was just a misalignment error. Thank you for clarifying the term that was very helpful.
