These are usually found in Mint Sewn Bags. When bags are purchased and opened they can sometimes find more than 1
How long has it been since the mint did those bags though? I thought the days of finding bags like that were long gone.
You could find Mint Sewn Bags on ebay.. A good example are the 1995 Cent bags which could contain the Doubled Die variety.
