Off center or misaligned die?

    Which would you call it? It appears to be off enough for some of the numbers in the date to be missing. I understand it's not significant either way. Just wanted your opinions!

    Misaligned die errors are quite common - until they are misaligned enough to start cutting off design elements. When the obverse is as misaligned as yours, it starts to become much more interesting.
