So I was rading the vending machine coin return trays at work and found a dime. At first, I thought it was slightly off center, but then I looked at the back and it seems perfectly centered. I would imagine that for the coin to be struck off center, both sides would be off, but on this one it seems like only the Obverse is off center.

To me it looks like part of the "W" in "We" and part of the "I" in "In" is cut off.

    What is this? If anything?

Thank you in advance for your help and input.

That is a perfect description of a MAD (MisAligned Die). One die was misaligned when the coin was struck. MADs are interesting but generally do not warrant a premium.
