Looking for loose, original, off-center coins (not one someone made/altered) that: (A) are so way off enter (like 90-95%) they are more like a blank/planchet than a minted coin Or ones that... (B) are way off center but still have a readable and complete 4-digit date (an exception could be stat quarters). But I do NOT want ones that have: scratches, fingerprints, gouges, rust, deterioration, environmental damage, etc.
