This thread could go under 3 different sections... I have a series 2008 $20 bill that appears to have the top cut off.There is no white background on the top... all design. but it is the same measurements of a regular $20 bill. Is this special or should I spend it? Thanks Henry Do you need a picture? it is the exact same as a regular 20 just off center.
a picture would help a lot. do both sides of the bill appear to be cut off incorrectly. also it would have to be a 2006 series note or even a 2009 because there are no notes for 2008.
Sorry, I misread it... it is a series 2006. I don't collect notes.. so consequently I know nothing about them... Yes both sides are cut off... I will put pictures up within the hour.
