The two blank planchets are "probably" not a U.S. dime and quarter; they do not "look" like U.S. clads, but of course they could be. The dime-sized is slightly smaller than a dime. Both have a silvery metal on either side of a copper core. The edges are not reeded. I think they are for some kind of foreign coins. The Franklin Mint "moon" medal contains a miniscule amount of silver flown to the moon on Apollo 14. As you can see, it is smaller than dime size, and is housed in a standard flip with printed background information.
