odd quarter

    i have a 2004 iowa missing clad quarter and i don't know what it's call but the reverse side is upside down any advice on pricing this quarter?also the the clad is golden dose that mean any thing?:confused:

    Howdy bluedog - Welcome to the Forum !!

    When you say the reverse is upside down, what exactly do you mean ? The reverse is supposed to be upside down, at least in relation to the obverse. Are you saying that the top of the reverse and the top of the obverse are both in the same place ?

    Are you sure the clad layer is missing or could it be that the coin is just stained or toned ? You'd have to weigh the coin to be sure.

    Post pics if you can.

    you were right about the reverse thing but the gold quarter did feel lighter than a regular quarter.ps will try to send pic.
