Hahahah my grandfather used to have my sister shoot the brass of an empty shotgun shell from 100' open sight...I forgot about when he wanted me to shoot the dime from the same distance...I did hit it...but never found it =- )
Looks like somebody started to drill a hole in it but never finished. It's anybody's guess why. Bruce
drop a bb in the indent, see how it fits, years back a friend and i cut a groove in a 2x4 and lined it with 50 pennies then shot them all off with our bb guns, then collected the cents and spent them, i imagine they're out there somewhere......
