We're still waiting for the OP to
tell us what specific area he's
    asking about.

Next to the eyeball and under the eye lid I believe, not the contact mark, not sure what it is. Possibly a die chip?

No. If you look at the inside corner of his right eye, there is a blob of metal that points at the pupil. I've seen enough postings about not being specific about what people see. My apologies

Looks like a die gouge or a chip. Don't know what else it could be. Cool! I'll give it a like

This is one coin that creeps me out to look at through a loupe. Those beady eyes starring back at you. Huuuu. Anyway just putting that out there

Not to mention they wear very easily. I have found very few that would actually get a gem grade from commerce.
I get a lot that would actually grade in the MS condition. Problem is that the planchets weren't prepared very well. Lot's of unstruck planchet flaws.
I started setting them aside in rolls to look at when I can find the time.

May just be another contact mark..

I don't believe that it's a contact mark. I really looked hard at it before I posted it and there isn't any damage to the eyelids above and below it. That portion of it is also raised as high as all the other devices around it
