Odd looking 8 in 1983 cent

    Can anybody help me out with what I have found here? I'm fairly new when it comes to searching for errors and varieties but this 8 caught my eye. It's nothing ive seen listed in the Cherrypickers guide, possibly some PMD? Just wanted other opinions. Thanks in advance!
