I have a $2 bill that is blue and white on the face side and black/grey/white on the reverse. It is 1953 and has no seal. What do I have? I cannot find any information on it. It has not been washed, bleached, etc., it was printed with these colors. I was told by a police officer that it was not a counterfeit

Sounds like a bleached note. A pic would be helpful, to say for sure.
