How is it you can buy the new Ocean in View nickels on ebay but you can't get them from the US Mint webpage.......whats up with that. myster
The Ocean View nickel has been released in the proof sets, but has not been minted for release to circulation yet. The ones on ebay are probably proof coins that have been broken out of the proof set.
txwille is EXACTLY correct on this one! The Ocean in View nickels will not be released until late summer. Only the proofs, taken out of sets, are selling at this time.
