NY 2001 State Quarter Missing Clad Error??

    Hello. I have a State quarter here which looks to be missing a clad but I'm not sure. Notice the heat damage on the coin. Really sorry about the pics.. I did the best I could but I could re-take a couple pics if needed. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for looking!

    I see nothing about your coin which would suggest that its missing a clad layer. I see discoloration on the obverse and reverse but thats about it.

    A coin that has been in circulation could have come in contact with just about anything.
