Nowadays, what does blue sheet bid mean?

    It used to meant the highest sight unseen bid for slab coins.Is this still true today?

    Actually, it has always meant what someone will buy the most overgraded piece of you-know-what from that happens to inhabit whatever given holder and label where there is a bid.
