I thought I would throw up some pics of some of the goodies I've gotten out of circulation. Nothing fantastic, but certainly enough to spark the fires of interest and excitement.

I got this while I was dumping some half dollars and the teller opened her drawer and I saw him staring right at me. I asked if he could come home with me and the teller said he was waiting for me.

I've been holding onto this one for almost two years now. I held onto it because of the serial number. Now I realize it was a rarer find than I first thought.

Here is a find I made just recently. It's a trinary and sooo close to a radar. I've been searing for radars for a long time now.

Does a trinary, or sooo close to a radar have any value ?

I like the red seal $5. I only have ever found a red seal $2. Congrats on finding that, I have been looking for one in circulation for so long.

Nice to see another half dollar searcher on here, I am one myself.

It's my first red seal out of circulation. I think it's the bank. I dump my searched halves and buy what's in the bag on the coin counter. I go to that branch from every few months to 6 months and top it off just to buy it. I've made some pretty decent scores at that particular bank. The most recent was (19) 90% and (40) 40%. There were 2 Walkers and and 5 Franklin's in the bunch.

I'm not sure. But I think it's pretty cool and it only cost me a dollar. So I'll keep it.
