Hi, I have a 1943 steel that is in pretty good shape. I know they are not really worth a lot, but are nice to have apart of a collection as I know I do. My question is concerning errors/double dies. On this coin the last "T" in the word trust has an imprint right to the left. See photo... Not sure what to make of it. Any insight would be great! Please note that this is the best photo i could get with my iphone :)

From the shadows in it, it appears to be incuse or sunken in. My inclination tells me this is PMD (Post Mint Damage).

Yes. It is sunken. The only thing that really confuses me is that there are not evidence of be damaged in that area. No scratches or any roughness in that area. The coin itself is in great shape. I am new to this coin collecting hobby, but am enjoying every minute of it.
