There are two hairlines in the field and two cheek graze hairlines (I dropped the coin after taking this photo, but for my sake it looks like the cheek mark was there already. Closeups after I dropped the coin are here ) . Would this get DCAM? What kind of grade is the ballpark?
Can't tell if it would get DCAM based on the pictures. Everything below IGWT on the obverse and HALF DOLLAR on the reverse looks like it's not properly lit to be able to tell.
It is virtually impossible to grade proof coins from photos, but my first impression of that coin was that it is awesome. I can see it in a PR67 DCAM holder.
I can't say for sure (grading proofs from pics is nearly impossible). However, with that disclaimer, it looks like it has a good shot (from teh pics) of getting UCAM. If you twisted my arm and made me say a grade, I'd WAG 67 UCAM, with a 25% chance at CAM.
Thanks for the help, tough to tell the threshold for CAM designation sometimes, but this one looked pretty good. Just don't know about the graze on the cheek and hairline. I wish it was worth sending one coin in, because this is the best I've got for now.
Nice pick-up Sean5150!! We both seem to be looking for similar things. I have around 25 coins I'm getting ready to submit. Not looking forward to paying around $600.00 for the service, but if I get the grades and attributions of what I think I might get, I'll be very happy.

It is a very nice proof coin. Definitely has some cameo, and I don't see a problem with a UCAM 66 or 67 grade--it is quite close between the two. Premium coin for sure.
