Not a coin error, but maybe a paper money error

    I found this bill while working, and I noticed that the 2 is an 1/8th of an inch lower than the rest of the serial numbers. I compared it to another $20 Series 2004A Bill I had and 2nd bill was normal, all in line. I can't get a picture of it at the moment, but the serial number is GA91093482A. Any information will be helpful, thanks!
